I've been renting here for I guess 2 years and my first year was a bit of a struggle with having things resolved within my apartment any maintenance issues from one of the maintenance men all I got was what they couldn't do until they started sending a different maintenance man.. specifically Maurice. The concerns I had in my apartment that I had been voicing for over a year he came and fixed in one day. I've since had some other major issues in my apartment and he has been sent over to resolve those and I have no complaints and what I like about him is if it's something he's not sure about he will reach out and get the information that he needs so that he can make sure the situation gets fixed so I'm very confident that if I ever have any issues in my apartment as long as they send him it will get resolved. There is another gentleman that's on the maintenance team I'm not sure of his name they sent him a few times and he has resolved my concerns they just don't send him very often so I can't think of his name. The five stars are specifically for the maintenance I've been receiving lately not for my overall opinion about my residency here. I don't have many complaints about the neighbors, everyone really tends to keep to themselves, the office staff always maintains a professional demeanor and I appreciate that I want to give a shout out to Taylor I was sick and I couldn't walk and she came from the office to my apartment to give me my medicine, so I really appreciate that.They keep the grounds pretty neat but I do believe the mailboxes should be secured, they are locked but they're open to the public and we are not in a gated community so anyone can just walk up and break into those mailboxes and the laundryroom has been down for a couple of months we don't even know why at least I don't and with my mobility issues this is really creating a struggle for me to wash...just like with any complex there's just some things that could be improved ..so my overall opinion at this point about my residency here would be a 3.5.

Had to get on here and acknowledge the property team for their kindness. I toured the property and had a great experience. Big shout out to Maurice as well , couldn’t forget that name for sure. Very professional, & willing to help when needed thank you so much. Your kindness will never go unnoticed.

I love my apartment! It’s just enough for me and my boyfriend. Close to the airport, Walmart, and good restaurants! We get everything we need within just a few minutes. Maintenance guy is super quick too never have any issues and my neighbors are so sweet! The girls in the office will make sure you’re taken care of, trust!!

I had a couple of issues in my apartment when I first moved in and when they started sending Maurice these issues were resolved immediately when I was told that there could be nothing done by the previous maintenance guy. I can say the two maintenance staff they have now are pretty thorough I had a plumbing issue and Maurice responded immediately it was on the weekend and he didn’t leave until he exhausted all avenues to try to fix it. I also had a concerning electrical issue in my kitchen and Maurice responded and again exhausted all avenues and I am drawing a blank on the name of the other maintenance guy but you know they both work to get that corrected. So I can say please with the response time regarding any concerns I’ve had lately.

I absolutely love living at Tamarus Villas Apartments! The community is peaceful, well-kept, and feels like home the moment you walk in. Taylor and Maia are friendly and always quick to help, and the amenities make everyday living so convenient. My apartment is comfortable, spacious, and perfect for my lifestyle. I’m really happy to call Tamarus Villas home!

I just made my first year at Tamarus Villas and it has been an amazing year, it’s very quiet and clean and very convenient for me to travel to and from work I’m also close to shopping and restaurants which works out great but at this time I just wanted to say thanks to the property manager Tayler and her Maintenance team for all that you do and I look forward to the future of being there for a very long time
